Remote Online Notary
Being able to provide RON services requires in-depth training and certification from the Secretary of State. Not all notaries are qualified to provide this level of service. Remote Online Notaries are able to notarize documents from anywhere in the world as long as the notary is in the state where they were commissioned.
For the requestor of the RON notarization service, the requestor needs computer usage knowledge, an internet connection, web cam and audio connection to conduct the notarization process.

Mobile Notary
The Mobile Notary provides the alternative to driving to a location for the purpose of signing documents, paying for parking, enduring traffic and sometimes needing someone to watch family members in their absence. All around it is an ideal choice.
A Mobile Notary can receive your documents from mortgage companies, banks, title companies, etc. via high-speed internet. The documents are printed for signature using high-speed printers and the areas in the documents are identified that require completion or notarization. The Mobile Notary sets a signing appointment, at the signor’s convenience, and meets them at a convenient location.
Once the documents are signed, the Mobile Notary is equipped to scan via high-speed scanning equipment and return the signed documents to the professional entity requesting the notarization services.
For this convenience, the Mobile Notary fees are charged according to the Secretary of State’s guidelines and often there is a round-trip mileage travel charge.
Apostille Notary
What is an apostille? Think of it as being your document’s passport to travel abroad. For individuals who need to present legal documents for the purpose of adoption, attending college, conducting business, buying real estate, to name a few instances, the documents must be proven to be legitimate and legal. That process is called Apostille.
NO LONGER WAIT DAYS WHEN THE YELLOW ROSE NOTARY CAN PROCESS AND RETURN IN HOURS!

We Understand
A message for our seniors.
The Yellow Rose Notary completely understands the likes and dislikes of seniors. Seniors generally don’t like to be rushed or have early appointments. They value sincerity and respect and prefer working with individuals who are mature both in years and experience.
They also appreciate notaries who value their time and offer flexible scheduling, as seniors often have doctors’ appointments and other commitments to consider.
