About

The Yellow Rose Notary

After retiring from a career of configuring custom wheelchairs for mobility challenged individuals, I found myself physically challenged but very desirous of still helping people. Becoming a Notary brought a well-respected second career choice. I offer general, mobile, remote online notary services as well as Apostille.  While on the surface and to those who don’t know me sounds pretty routine, but I assure you it is not.
I am from a generation whose word meant something, appointments were kept, knowledge was obtained and if I tell you that Apostilles can be delivered in hours instead of days, then they can be.
Texans are a breed apart from others.  We say what we mean and mean what we say.  A handshake is our bond.  The only way to experience solid communication and unmatched service, is to reach out to The Yellow Rose Notary.

Remote Online Notary

Being able to provide RON services requires in-depth training and certification from the Secretary of State. Not all notaries are qualified to provide this level of service. Remote Online Notaries are able to notarize documents from anywhere in the world as long as the notary is in the state where they were commissioned.

For the requestor of the RON notarization service, the requestor needs computer usage knowledge, an internet connection, web cam and audio connection to conduct the notarization process.

Mobile Notary

The Mobile Notary provides the alternative to driving to a location for the purpose of signing documents, paying for parking, enduring traffic and sometimes needing someone to watch family members in their absence.  All around it is an ideal choice.

A Mobile Notary can receive your documents from mortgage companies, banks, title companies, etc. via high-speed internet. The documents are printed for signature using high-speed printers and the areas in the documents are identified that require completion or notarization.  The Mobile Notary sets a signing appointment, at the signor’s convenience, and meets them at a convenient location.

Once the documents are signed, the Mobile Notary is equipped to scan via high-speed scanning equipment and return the signed documents to the professional entity requesting the notarization services.

For this convenience, the Mobile Notary fees are charged according to the Secretary of State’s guidelines and often there is a round-trip mileage travel charge.

Apostille Notary

What is an apostille?  Think of it as being your document’s passport to travel abroad.  For individuals who need to present legal documents for the purpose of adoption, attending college, conducting business, buying real estate, to name a few instances, the documents must be proven to be legitimate and legal. That process is called Apostille.

NO LONGER WAIT DAYS WHEN THE YELLOW ROSE NOTARY CAN PROCESS AND RETURN IN HOURS!

Our Process

How to prepare for a document(s) to be presented for Apostille.

1

Step One

Before a document can be presented to the appropriate Competent Authority, an Apostille Order form must be completed and sent to The Yellow Rose Notary. See form below.
2

Step Two

Whether the individual is travelling to Hague or Non-Hague convention country, the document must be notarized, and an Apostille Order form must be completed and sent to The Yellow Rose Notary.
3

Step three

If document translation is required, the translation must be completed prior to the notarization. The individual using the translated document must ask the country where it is being used whether the translated document needs to be notarized or just the English version.
4

Step Four

If Vital Records like a Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Marriage License, or Separation or Divorce decrees, are required for use out of the country, certified copies of these documents must be presented along with the original documents for notarization.
5

Step Five

Contact The Yellow Rose Notary and make an appointment.
6

Step Six

Choose which type of notary session you would like – Mobile (face-to-face) or Remote Online*. *Verify that the receiving country will accept a Remote Online notarization before choosing a RON appointment.
7

Step Seven

Once the documentation has been received by The Yellow Rose Notary, the Apostille services have been paid in full and the notarization is complete, The Yellow Rose will submit the documents to the Competent Authority to receive the Apostille.
8

Step Eight

If emergency Apostille turnaround time is required, tell The Yellow Rose Notary up front.
We Understand

A message for our seniors.

The Yellow Rose Notary completely understands the likes and dislikes of seniors. Seniors generally don’t like to be rushed or have early appointments. They value sincerity and respect and prefer working with individuals who are mature both in years and experience.

They also appreciate notaries who value their time and offer flexible scheduling, as seniors often have doctors’ appointments and other commitments to consider.
